Why do you need a stucco inspection?
Stucco inspectors specialize specifically in detecting damage that has occurred in your stucco. Many issues can affect the integrity of your stucco including:
- Structural Problems
- Moisture Problems
- Visible Installation Flaws
- Inadequate Water Diversion
- Sealant Failures
- EIFS Problems
Regular stucco may be allowing water penetration behind it due to incorrect stucco installation. Stucco inspections help avoid costly, unexpected repairs and/or reinstallation of your stucco.
When do you need a stucco inspection?
- Before Buying a Home
- Before Selling Your Home
- After Stucco Installation or Repairs
- Before, During, and After New Construction of Stucco
There are still many “stucco installers” who use inadequate equipment, supplies, and installation practices. We can help you avoid faulty workmanship and costly mistakes by inspecting the equipment and materials being used on your home.
